Robert Lindsay And Jeannemarie Phelan Sued Over Alleged 'Sexual Escapades' In Vacant House. A pair of New Jersey realtors are being taken to court after hidden cameras caught them having "sexual escapades" in a client's vacant house. A lawsuit filed Dec. 6 claims that Robert Lindsay, a former Coldwell Banker real estate agent and past president of the Passaic County Board of Realtors, listed a North New Jersey home artificially above market value so that he could carry on a series of trysts with fellow agent Jeannemarie Phelan. Lindsay and Phelan, who is also named in the suit, are accused of using the client's home "as their play pad to have sexual relations in the... bedroom, among other places." A copy of the suit obtained by NorthJersey.com alleges that the couple violated the home 10 times over several months. The plaintiff in the suit said that hidden security cameras recorded the couple having sex multiple times, beginning shortly after the home, listed at $650,000, went on the market. The clients only found out about the rendezvous in January, after they witnessed intruders with flashlights on a live feed and called the police. Officers literally caught Lindsay with his pants down.

A Brooklyn teen was brutally beaten outside a mosque early Sunday, but police don't believe it was a hate crime.
The advocacy group Council on American-Islamic Relations says the 16-year-old victim was taking a break from late night prayers outside the Muslim Community Center on 3rd Avenue and 53rd Street when he was assaulted.
He was punched, thrown to the ground, kicked in the face and stomped, according to CAIR.
Mohamed Bahe of the Muslim Community Center said the teen heard his attacker saying "You f------ terrorist" and cursing while being punched.
But police say there is no evidence the suspect hurled any slurs and there's no indication of any hate crime. According to police, the teen and another 17-year-old boy were riding their bikes in the area of the Muslim Center, and the 16 year old was approached by someone who accused him of harassing his girlfriend.
Surveillance video shows the suspect punching the victim, knocking him off his bike, and then beating him on the ground. When the 17-year-old friend came to his aid, he was also attacked.
Some of the mosque's own members agreed with police's findings that there was no hate crime.
"I believe the motive was quite simple," said Ali Anwar. "The guy saw someone talking to his girl, he got upset and reacted irrationally."
Anwar said he's seen the whole video, not just the portion showing the teen and his friend being attacked. He said a woman in the car parked along 53rd Street called to the young men on their bikes after leaving a late-night prayer service.
"They were conversating with her twice -- once at the passenger side, once in the back," he said.
There's no audio on the surveillance video but police said the woman claims the teens harassed her for about 40 minutes, calling her a hooker and trying to open the car door. That's when she called her boyfriend, seen in the video attacking the teens.

A woman was captured on video attempting to fight back against a carjacker by dousing him with gasoline before she was dragged several feet as the man stole her car while she was pumping gas. William Tighe, 32, is being hunted by police in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, in suspicion for stealing a woman's car while she was pumping gas at a convenience store on Saturday night. Surveillance video posted to Tewksbury Police's Twitter account shows the woman spraying the suspect with gasoline and struggling with him before he sped away, dragging the woman several feet. The woman immediately ran inside the gas station, asking a clerk for help and to phone the police to report the stolen vehicle, reported WCVB. 'She said that her car got stolen, someone took off with her car,' a gas station attendant told FOX25's Jim Morelli. 'When she wasn't paying attention, pumping her own gas, he just hopped right in and tried to take off with it. He tried to close the door and she fought back.' The woman was taken to a hospital as a precaution. Police say her injuries appeared to be minor. Police were quickly able to track down the red Mazda 2007 around 90 minutes later in Lowell, Massachusetts, but weren't able to apprehend the suspect. Tighe fled from the vehicle on foot and escaped by making his way through a wooded embankment and area, before disappearing around the banks of the Merrimack River, according to police. The suspect was still at large as of Sunday afternoon. Police have an arrest warrant charging the man with carjacking and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. This isn't Tighe's first run-in with the law. He was arrested in December of 2014 for a high speed police chase while he was driving a stolen vehicle at 75mph, reported the Lowell Sun. He was apprehended after blowing out a tire then crashing into a police cruiser and hitting a guardrail.
