Shooting has been heard at the Olympia shopping mall in Munich, Germany, reports on social media say. In a video posted online, people can be seen running out of the building to seek shelter.
Police have confirmed that shots have been fired in the shopping mall. At the same time, police gave no information on casualties and did not reveal who was responsible for the incident, Reuters reports.
German media reports multiple deaths in the shooting in the Olympia center.

Police have closed off a wide area around a large Munich shopping center after shots were fired, a spokeswoman for the police said on Friday.
Germany's Muencher Abendzeitung reported that up to 15 people were killed. TV images showed dozens of emergency vehicles outside the mall.
No details were immediately available on injuries or on who was responsible for the shooting, the police spokeswoman said. An official at the Munich Olympia Shopping Center declined comment, saying only, "We are experiencing a problem."
