Singing Legend Aretha Franklin's Rendition of the National Anthem Brought Even the Football Players to Tears

It’s the precursor to every sports event in America and we’ve all been witness to good and bad performances of our national anthem. The Star Spangled Banner is notoriously difficult to sing and in moments of pressure, performers are known to forget words or are simply too nervous to hit all the notes.


Not the case for American music legend, Aretha Franklin, who had the players and fans in tears with her performance of the national anthem at the Thanksgiving NFL game.
