Trump isn't even fully President yet and already Democrats are admitting they are doing everything they can to stop anything from getting done, by doing the exact thing they accused Republicans of doing to Obama, despite Obama flat out refusing to work with them. Dispensing with the faux pleasantries virtually all of Donald Trump critics are now offering, Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) on MSNBC this afternoon refused to accept the legitimacy of his election.
Anchor Thomas Roberts asked Waters, “Do you respect the outcome of this election and are you willing to work in the future with the Trump Administration.”
“Well, the election has taken place. And we have to wait and see who this man is and what he is going to do. I don’t believe anything Donald Trump says,” she responded. “He has lied and distorted information all throughout this campaign. I want to know when he is going to show us his taxes?”
“I want to know when he is going to reimburse all those students that got ripped off [by] Trump University.”
“Are we going to work with him?” Waters asked rhetorically. “Which Donald Trump are we working with? If it is the same Donald Trump that has shown himself during the campaign then I don’t want any parts of it
