Video footage has caught the horrifying moment an SUV slams into a security guard before crashing through an office in Beijing.
The incident took place just after 5pm on April 26 in the Huamao Shopping Centre in Beijing.
Footage posted to the People's Daily Online's Youtube page shows the moment the vehicle smashes through the wall of the office which was located next to the shopping centre's car park.
Surveillance footage caught the vehicle mowing a woman down before then crashing through the wall of an office.
It was going at full speed before it hit the woman.
The video then cuts to three people sat in an office next to the car park. All of a sudden, the vehicle comes smashing through the wall.
According to police, the woman hit by the vehicle was killed on the spot.
The three in the office survived. Two of them were diagnosed with a head trauma.
Witnesses said the driver of the car was a woman and she was wearing two-inch-heels which caused difficulty when turning.
It's thought that she may have got stuck on the accelerator causing the vehicle to go out of control.
