Video footage has emerged appearing to show plain-clothed police officers strike a man during a stop-and-search.
A hoodie-wearing asked plain-clothed cops to move, saying: “You’re in my face, move away.”
He was then called a d****** by by a bystander during the arrest in Aston, Birmingham.
In one video a colleague is seen kicking the man, who has not been identified, in the leg.
The other officer then shoves him across the street as angry locals gather.
It is alleged gas appears to be sprayed in the man’s face and he is then pinned on the ground and it is claimed he is hit with extendable batons.
