A man who beat a child with a pushchair has been arrested after the brutal attack was caught on camera.
Horrifying footage shows the man, who has not been confirmed as the child's father, pushing the tot in the chair in a shopping centre.
But when the child falls out, he rams the buggy into the toddler before grabbing him by the arm.
The child appears to scream out in pain and writhes around after being struck.
The shocking attack was filmed by an onlooker, who helped authorities to arrest the man in Saudi Arabia.
He was detained and taken to the public prosecution's office to be interrogated, Alarabiya reported.
Khaled Aba Al-Khai, the Ministry of Labor and Social Development, said: "Laws apply against anyone who harms or jeopardizes the safety of a child."
