Terrifying footage shows a mass brawl involving around 20 men in suits which erupted outside a court.
Three people were hospitalised and there were reports of a man covered in blood.
Chaotic scenes were caught on camera by a bystander - with the incredible clip showing smartly-dressed men landing vicious punches and kicks.
At one point, a walking stick is even brandished by a man before appearing to be used as a weapon, the Birmingham Mail reports.
Police confirmed eight people were arrested who are believed to have been involved.
The incident happened outside Birmingham Magistrates Court
