She has a point to an extent that some telemarketers just don't pay attention to the rules. She the coversation to exstremes and he allowed it to continue. Either one could've just hung up. Simple. I think she was lonely and just wanted someone to yell and curse at and she took it out on the telemarketer. I think she was enjoying it. I've had that happen though not lately where telemarketers break the rules from time to time. These are shisters and I'll just turn them in to the government and they'll deal with them.
