Cruel dad filmed kicking his toddler son because he couldn't get back on his feet after falling on snowy path

A cruel dad is being probed by the police after he was filmed kicking his toddler son because he was unable to stand on an icy path.



The man, 50, was secretly recorded by a witness from a window after he lashed out with his foot at the youngster on the ground.



The toddler had apparently fallen moments earlier, according to the footage recorded in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.



He then struggles onto his knees in a bid to stand up but falls over and is seen lying down flat in the slush and snow, appearing to give up.



The footage then shows the dad venting his anger at the lad, dressed in bulky winter clothes.



He lashes out with a violent kick to his hip that sends the youngster hurtling across the ice, the shock video revealed.



The dad then yanks the lad up violently by the arm and drags him along the snowy path before the toddler finally manages to walk.



Some witnesses said the boy had been having a tantrum just before the video began.



Local media reported that the dad, whose name was not released, was arrested after the video was shared online.



YouTube users lashed out with fury after viewing the material on the social media platform.



Baz Inga fumed: "What a f**kin animal! Could this creature be called a father? Unbelieveble cruelty..."



And Jiyon Rahman remarked: "So cruel."



Police were reportedly able to identify the man from the footage and arrested him.



An investigation is underway.
