A toddler whose head is the size of a football urgently needs surgery to save his life.

Muhammad Sanaullah, from Pakistan, suffers from rare condition called Hydrocephalus - which causes a build-up fluid inside his skull and could be deadly.

The fluid has already built up so much that it has caused the 15-month-old's head to grow to an abnormal size.

It has left him immobile and unable to eat or sleep.

And now he is desperately waiting for surgery that could help save his life.
