Shocking footage showing inmates 'knocked out' on the floor after allegedly taking black mamba in their cells has emerged.
The video was reportedly taken by a prisoner inside HMP Birmingham, and is claimed to show a usual night at the jail.
The clip was passed to Birmingham Live , and appears to show a motionless prisoner lying face down on their bed.
It is believed he had taken the drug, also known as Spice.
Prison chiefs said they were unable to confirm the footage was taken inside HMP Birmigham.
The inmate recording the video, who has had his voice disguised for safety reasons, can be heard saying "man down and that" as he points to the unconscious man.
