A Mississippi police chief is facing questions over a leaked video which seemingly shows him smoking marijuana.
Lumberton Police Chief Shane Flynt was allegedly captures on video, smoking what he, himself implies is marijuana. Whiel it is unclear when the video was recorded, at times, Christmas music can be heard in the background.
Flynt's chief uniform also appears to be seen in the background of the video.
According to CNN, Chief Flynt denies that he is in the video. He reportedly volunteered to take a drug test, but the results were incomplete.
