Dramatic police bodycam footage shows the moment detectives pounced on a killer days after he raped and murdered a pensioner.
Craig Keogh was captured in his caravan just 48 hours after he had brutally attacked Jane Hings, 72, in her home in Fleckney, Leicestershire.
The footage was shown during Keogh's trial, where a jury found the 26-year-old guilty of murder, two counts of rape and burglary yesterday.
Keogh was arrested at lunchtime on September 26 last year, two days after Jane’s murder, reports the Leicester Mercury.
He initially told detectives that he had recently met Mrs Hings and had been undertaking odd jobs for her.
