The revolting footage shows the glove-wearing doctor lift out larvae from three holes in the man's head, which looks 'like a bowling ball'.
The camera zooms in on the gaping holes and live maggots can be seen wriggling inside the man's head.
The doctor, seemingly unfazed, continues to use tweezers to remove the seemingly endless supply of creatures.
It is not known how the man suffered the unusual head wounds or if they were performed to help get access to the maggots.
