Facundo Aguero, 22, was chased after police falsely accused him of stealing a bottle of perfume even though he had the receipt in his pocket
He was beaten to within an inch of his life in the city of Neuquen, Argentina, by officers who claimed he had fallen off a wall.
But the cops are now to be sacked after CCTV of the incident emerged.
