A horrified driving instructor has slammed the impatient driver who SPAT at his car while stuck in heavy traffic.
The motorist, who asked not to be named, called the incident one of the 'most disgusting pieces of driving' he has seen.
Shocking dashcam footage captured the moment the frustrated driver appeared to spit in the direction of the learner vehicle as it travelled along a road in Kirkdale, Liverpool.
During the video the driver puts his left indicator on to show his intention to pull into a space at the side of the road but due to the tailbacks the driving instructor ahead of him is unable to pull forward.
The Volkswagen driver seems unwilling to wait as he edges closer and closer before beeping his horn.
After waiting, for less that 50 seconds, the driver then leans out his windows and spits towards the car.
