CCTV shows moment kindergarten pupil whips fellow classmates

Chilling footage of a young boy brutally beating his classmates with a plastic stick has shocked parents in China.



The kindergarten class monitor was told by his teacher, who had fallen ill on the day, to maintain discipline in the class. At least 15 classmates were punished and savagely whipped on the body during a 40-minute lesson.



It's reported that the boy's teacher has been suspended from her post and the local education bureau is investigating the incident.
