A bridge has collapsed in Kolkata in India leaving five people killed and 15 trapped, according to local reports.
Pictures show several cars crushed under the Majherhat bridge, which is reported to have been repaired last month "in three days".
Images from TV channels showed many feared trapped under the rubble.
People are desperately trying to save those buried and injured with firefighters using cutting tools to try and free survivors from the wreckages.
Seven private workers of the under-construction Kolkata Metro line are feared trapped.
Eight injured people have been taken to the Calcutta Medical Research Institute and nine to the nearby SSKM Medical College and Hospital.
