This is the terrifying moment a man wrestles with a gang of thugs on his driveway just seconds after they smashed inside his home.
Dramatic CCTV footage of the brawl shows 40-year-old Ali Gill take on all four thieves in a bid to protect his wife and young daughter who were hiding upstairs.
At one point, Ali says he was left struggling to breath after being put in a headlock from behind, Manchester Evening News reports.
Incredibly, he managed to free himself and rip one of the thieves' balaclavas from their face before they sped off in his Audi RS6.
It happened on Three Acres Lane, in Cheadle Hulme, at around 6.45pm on Monday.
