Dog chases would-be masked and armed burglars out of property

This is the incredible moment a brave dog chased off a group of four masked burglars armed with weapons after they broke into a family's home late at night.



CCTV shows the thugs walking into the house through the front door and into another room, where they are confronted by the owner.



The terrified owner slams the door on them, and as the gang tries to break down the door, the family's dog rushes towards the intruders.



Three of the thugs immediately flee out of the front door, while one of them tries to fend off the pet with their stick-like weapon.
