The nerve-wracking moment a trainee pilot struggles to make her first ever landing having only flown a simulated plane is captured in this week's easyJet: Inside the cockpit.
Cadette Steph Burn, 31, from Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, is at the end of her training course and is tasked with flying a passenger jet for the very first time, having previously only flown a simulated plane.
Tense scenes show her taking to the air in an empty plane, supervised by her training captain Rob and watched by her fellow cadets, as she is tested on her take-off and landing skills.
However as they start their descent, Rob warns Steph that she's not at the correct three degree angle needed for landing, and she begins to drift.
