A gym user was spotted using a treadmill in a most unusual way - by performing a celebratory jump during his exercise routine.
Wearing an England football jersey, Hamzah Bodiyat, 30, initially runs on the training machine as normal during his workout in Newham, east London.
Suddenly, Mr Bodiyat, a personal trainer, leaps and punches the air before carrying on his run with barely a stumble.
He told MailOnline: 'I was listening to the Match Of The Day theme tune at the time, and I often include jumps like that in my treadmill workout.'
