Man Accidentally Kills His Friend In One Punch

Having drunk fairly, the senior comrade suggested that the younger fellow soldier measure his strength, but suddenly he heard a refusal. The man could no longer stop, and therefore continued to pester the failed enemy, as a result of which he knocked out a fighter who was running into a fight with one blow.



The latter hit the occipital region of the head on asphalt and received fractures of the bones of the arch and base of the skull. He spent ten days in the hospital, but he could not save his life - the man died without regaining consciousness.



The suspect did not begin to unlock and gave a confession, he was released on his own recognizance. According to the article "Causing death by negligence" he faces up to two years in prison.
