It's 40 years since Crocodile Dundee came out and half a century since Skippy did. You can stick that stereo type right up ya ass. 90% of us Australians hate them and the rest who do are seniors about 80 yrs old. Stick the boomerang...aboriginals are the minority here. Stick the convicts...we were settled by generals and admirals with the help of a small amount of convicts that were brought for labour. Stick the Vegemite...It is a cultural acquired taste and compared to Dr Pepper which is grot, vegemite is beautiful. stick the G'day...it only sound stupid if ya's try to do it in your yank accent...and on your portrayal of our accent, we have not sounded like colonial british for 200 yrs. I Luv ya country, I just hate the various ignorant citizens that live there. I don't mean to sound obnoxious but in America, you don't know true freedom like we do know here. We will stand by ya side cos that's they way we are, but it won't be forever if ya's can't respect us.
