    Im tired of all these damn people criticizing officers actions. The guy clearly sees the Officer light him up and refuse to stop. That is a reason for guns to be drawn when the vehicle is finally stopped. The guy refuses to stop even after they try to disable the car. Also tries to keep moving while officer is on the hood. That guys deserved to get shot. If he was drunk, all of you would have been bitching if he would have wrecked and killed a whole family due to his action. The Officer did what he had to do. Learn the law before you try criticize it. Officers, good job.

    Don't start the cop hating, these guys are only doing their job out there ok. This guy was running from the cops and was trying very hard to get away like he did something. The cop was justified to put a halt to this chase BEFORE an innocent bystander got hurt due to his wreckless driving. Cops don't shoot people that stop like a normal person, this was obviously a criminal and the world is better off without him. So I salute the officers who risked their own lives in this chase!

    The officer actually shot at the suspect before the hood incident. Check it out at around 3:37 into the video. The question remains, why did he feel the use of lethal force was justified from the very beginning? It is only allowed if the fleeing suspect is wanted for a violent felony crime. Those of you who blindly support officers must live an extremely sheltered existence. There are plenty of good LEO's, but there are also bad ones as well. Some chose to live by the badge, others chose to hide behind it.
