It does appear fake.....

There is to many breaks in the film. Static appears at the strangest moments...like right when he picks up the BUTCHER KNIFE...how does the camera end up on the ground ...aimed at the victim. Plus the perfect staging at the last moment. HMMMM....makes you wonder. Who has a room available for a slaughter? DUH...it's highly more likley its fake.
