Good job making a snap decision on a one minute video clip. I've seen that particular show. If you guys were to actually be paying even the slightest mediocum of attention, you would know that she had a cancer that got entangled in parts of her lymphatic system even in this little video clip. She ended up with lymphatic edemia which rendered her immobile. All of that bulk in her leg was lymphatic fluid, since that part of her system was severed in removing a tumor. A shut in, unable to take care of herself, and a grazer. Food for her was only a part of her problem. I recommend shutting off the reality TV programs for a while, and actually watching some of the educational stuff on the Discovery Networks. You won't look like such a fool online.
