Well, lets see, what is the first thing he di wrong? didnt build up his leg muscles to handle that kind of load. He didn't have a 6-pack abdomen-he had a whole keg! Gut fat throws your center of gravity off badly. plus his so called spotters werent much help. To se if he could have lifted this much weight, he should have tried the LEG PRESS machine first. He probably crippled himself for life with that stunt.

ya your right on the part that his legs weren't rdy for that amount the weight but been fat helps if your a powerlifter. go look at the world record holders they r by no means slim and have a 6 pack there all over weight and fat. a big belly helps your center of gravity when doing massive weights.The iran olyimpic record holder has a massive belly like hes 9 months preg.The main reason he hurt him self is that dumm set up they have there and most likly didn't stretch and warm up.
