Not that great

At :35, you can see him flip the deck over. He flicks his wrist really quickly, watch closely. And at 2:15 he switches the card for the grand finale. Not bad though.

Great trick.. 3 Card Monte. I have the same thing here, only mine is with red and blue diamonds; bought it at a magic shop. Very neat sleight of hand trick.

I believe you got it all wrong. He never flip the deck the way you thought. It was the FIRST cut that he puts the Ace in the middle (he takes the top two cards and sets it underneath). The second time he shows the card (choosing between the top and middle) he grabs the top and bottom card and shows you the Joker (so now the Ace is on the bottom). Then choosing between the top and middle to be a Joker, he moves the middle card out and flips the Ace from the bottom (with a Joker behind it). Then he puts it on top of the first Joker and the Ace is now in the middle... Follow closely and you'll see it!
