Nah, not directly but The CIA did train and finance it...It's prabably some alien AL-Qaeda network that has help by Iran, Russia and N Korea to build a ray prototype in preparation for another apollo mission...I don't know, I'm talking crap but it is a freaky thought that there are things like this in the atmosphere, yeah it might be trillion of miles away but there are millions of black hole and one just might be near enough to us to do it...Just yet another end of days occurance that could wipe us out...It is a huge list now...I got 50 buck on Volcanoes...
