THE COURTROOM BRAWL I dont remember hearing the judge giving that cop orders to handcuff that guy. The judge ask him a question and did not let him answer instead the cop takes it upon himself to handcuff him. If i was that gentleman i would sue the cop the judge the city and anyone else that was involved in his case. That goes to show you about these cops these days they think they are above the law they can do what they want to. To anyone and anytime they want. What needs to be done is everytime a cop has to put his hands on a person for whatever the reason it is unless his or her life is in danger they better have a good reason. These cops are getting handcuff happy these days and they know when they put the cuffs on you they make them so tight and twist your arm till you are in pain that you will respond. Listen to the tape again and see if you hear the judge tell the cop to cuff him. You can tell by that cops action he wanted that guy to do or say anything so he could show his power. Listen to the tape again if you dont hear the judge say "officers please handcuff him please" then they are wrong and should be sued and thats the bottom line. This kind of crap goes on everyday because some of these cops need a chance to show how must power they have. (i have the right and the law behind me i'am the law) They need a chance to see if all thoes long hours and training is of any good. (lets see if it works lets find somebody and try it out).
