i would have done the same thing as the owner would have done.your on a adrenaline rush you dont think straight.i dont see why cops can get away with it but not this guy.

Reporter skipping alot of the facts...

The reporter neglects to point out that the pharmacist is a disabled army vet who wears a protective brace to keep his spine properly aligned... so not in the best of shape... upon returning to the building he heard the women crying somewhere and said the boy on the floor was trying to get up and shot him again to neutralize a threat. Bottom line... if you try and rob a store, especially with weapons, you forfeit your right to life. Whether it be during the act or after a failed attempt... line 'em up and end 'em.
