  • A very flattering misinterpretation

    I have to set the record straight. This video was made by myself. Im the civilian contractor and Jade is my daughter. She couldnt have made this because she is still just 8 years old. But she's my everything. Some mean person told her I was going to be killed in Iraq and had her worried. I made the video for her as a promise I'd be home safe. It may sound morbid to think she's watched it but she's wise beyond her years and she's seen alot of reality. I posted this video on Live Leak, Myspace and You Tube and it's been reposted everywhere since. To see that it's touched other people so strongly makes me feel very good about it. Thanks for reposting! And yes, Ill be home again Jade! I promise!

    kaain111...You are the prime example of a true humanitarian and liberating soldier and your daughter is a shiny example of the beauty and innocence that is worth fighting for. I applaud you for not sugar coating the reality of the war for Jade. I am not ashamed to say that your video brought a joyful tear to my eye. Stay safe mate, you are a hero as are all like you.
