This is Zui Quan, or "Drunken boxing", a style based on the unpredictable and "spontaneous" movements of an intoxicated person to catch the opponent off guard, hence the drinking gestures throughout the routine. Needless to say, incredible flexibility and joint strength are required to even look like you know what you're doing. This is also one of the harder forms of kung fu to master, which is already a ridiculously difficult martial art to begin with.
