    Soldiers need down time otherwise they will lose the plot and either kill civilians or fellow soldiers or their actions will get their whole platoon killed. wound up soldiers are dangerous not just to life but PR issues also. You bitch about troops having fun, you bitch about them fighting, you bitch about them having fun and you bitch about them being there....damn man, does anything please you.....you know what, who cares. I am sure that these troops do not give a flying fuck what you think and they are going to do what they do whether you like it or not...let them do their thing. Go and fight with them or shut the fuck up man.
