THEY DONT EVEN CARRY GUNS NOR DO THEY GO THROUGH THE SIX MONTH ACADEMY THE POLICE DO. THESE TRAFFIC ENFORCERS AS YOU CAN TELL CAN BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH. AND IF YOU HARRASSED A NYPD OFFICER LIKE YOU DID THAT BLACK WOMAN, THEN AN NYPD OFFICER WOULD HAVE KICKED YOUR ASS NY STYLE AND THROWN YOU IN THE SLAMMER.
