  • People are cowards..

How can anyone with any semblance of decency see that and just keep going by. You even have those that would rather reverse out of the area. With the advent of nearly everyone in possession of a cell phone - how much "work" does it take to simply approach the individual and call 911? Cowards.

  • What would you do if you saw this?

This happened in the beginning of june on park st. in hartford, ct. Within 60 seconds four calls went in to 911 and within 90 seconds police & ambulances were rolling to the scene. Obviously two cars were racing and passing in a NO passing zone when this tragedy occurred leaving 78 year old Angel Arce Torres paralyzed from the neck down. He is in hartford hospital in critical condition and will spend the rest of his life on a ventilator. Our thoughts and prayers are with family and friends of Mr. Torres.

  • Crosswalk

You must cross the street at the light in the designated area known as a crosswalk. It's horrible what that man had to go through but it could have been avoided.
