Best Buy installed a Bosch dishwasher that shocks you when touched

"We bought this Bosch SHX68T55UC/07 dishwasher from Best Buy in Dublin, Ohio and it was delivered and installed by them on 10/20/15. After a few weeks we noticed something strange about it. This thing shocks you when you touch it. It has taken over 3 weeks to get them to send someone to fix. They kept telling us that we installed ourselves and not their problem until I finally emailed them the install sheet showing they did it. December 5 update: The geek squad guy finally came. It was disturbing to hear him say that he doesn't like dealing with electricity. (Isn't that your job?) After I turned off the circuit breaker, he began to take it apart then quickly put it back and said he was going to order a new central mainboard. That should arrive in a couple day and he would install it in a week or so. I told him we were off work this next week and he could come back sooner since it's been so long already. He gave us his card and said to call him when it came in and he would see if he could come earlier. Not sure why they can't just swap the whole dishwasher out for a new one. It's brand new. December 10 update: The part arrived yesterday. Then the Geek Squad guy called and had us check if a second part in the box was delivered (which he never mentioned before.) It wasn't. He said it's "in limbo" now"
