Chelsea Handler calls Kanye West a "delusional, unstable maniac, who will have a very public meltdown"

In a new interview, she said, “I’ve always thought he’s a maniac, and he just sounds like more of one. [West is] delusional.”

She continued, “He’s acted like this for years and now people are acting surprised that he’s acting like this. He did this to Taylor Swift 5 or 6 years ago. He went up and stole her award. And no one thought he was nuts then? He’s unstable and delusional. And now he’ll have a mental breakdown in front of everybody, even though he’s been in this state for years.”
