Rush Limbaugh made a rare TV appearance on Fox News Sunday to talk about Donald Trump and all things GOP. He told Chris Wallace that the establishment has despised conservatives for decades, saying that no one, including Mitt Romney, will talk Trump supporters out of backing him. On Romney specifically, Limbaugh said the former Republican presidential nominee is frustrated, as most of the establishment is, that their picks are being snubbed for Trump and Ted Cruz. On the question of whether he would be okay with Trump as the nominee, Limbaugh said, “You deal with what you end up getting.” He argued there is a “much bigger upside than downside.” He praised Cruz, but admitted he may have a limited appeal, and said that Rubio was doomed the moment he threw in with the establishment. As for the question of a brokered convention, Limbaugh warned of “utter chaos” and a walkout if it happened. Watch above, via Fox.
