A Polish video game developer is launching “IS Defenseâ€, a game where the player defends the “old continent†of Europe from a terrorist invasion.
Destructive Creations, the game’s unapologetically politically incorrect creators, say the game is “our personal veto against what is happening in the Middle East nowadays.â€
“Killing terrorists is xenophobic? Cool, so call me xenophobic, as I would like to shoot evil peopleâ€, they wrote on Facebook.
Predictably, the liberal media is not impressed, branding the game “far right†and “Islamophobicâ€.
The company’s controversial CEO did not shy away from the suggestion that there was an anti-migrant as well as anti-terrorist undercurrent to the game.
Responding to criticism, he argued that, “Muslim immigrants are not adapting to European culture and customsâ€, and said he did not understand, “what in actual fuck is wrong about nationalismâ€.
