Devilishly Sneaky Monkey Steals Tourist’s Cell Phone

A naughty monkey was recorded unexpectedly snatching a tourist’s cellphone while she was feeding it at Mount Emei scenic spot in southwest China’s Sichuan province. The monkey took some food from the girl’s one hand and almost simultaneously took away her phone from the other hand. It all happened in four seconds! Staff at the scenic spot has launched a search for the lost phone, but so far in vain. “The situation is rare. It happens almost once or twice a year. Sometimes we manage to retrieve the phone, but sometimes the monkeys simply throw the phone down the cliff,” said one of the staff members.
