The man captured in the video was trying to run away from traffic police's routine examination after he was pulled over on road. To the police's surprise, the man knelt down, begging the police to let him walk free. "Brother, I will do whatever you ask," said the man on his kneels. The man was later revealed to have been drunk driving with 76 mg alcohol/100ml blood. He was fined 1500 RMB and had his driver license suspended.
