Hair Heist : Black woman steals the most expensive weave in the Salon

A hair heist at a Jackson beauty store was caught on camera.

Surveillance video recorded Friday at Beauty Star in West Jackson shows a woman standing at the checkout counter looking at a packet of hair weave. A second woman is shown standing near the front door looking for what appears to be a getaway car. A minute later, the woman at the counter grabs the weave and both women run out of the store.

“As soon as she opened the door, that’s when she grabbed the hair and she ran out and the car was waiting for them outside. They were gone just like that. They were gone so fast that she left her shoes,” the store manager said. “They had it all planned. Who knows, they probably did this before, because it looked like they knew what they were doing.”
