Guy wearing a #1 Dad shirt uses his daughter as a human shield between him and cops

 The Johnson County Sheriff's Office said a man who used his daughter as a human shield is still on the loose, but his children were returned unharmed.



Deputies said Jonathan Morrow entered the sheriff's department in Painstville Wednesday afternoon to file a protective order against his wife. Deputies said they discovered Morrow was wanted out of Tennessee on drug trafficking charges. Deputies said when they attempted to arrest Morrow, he fled while shielding himself with his daughter to avoid being struck by a stun gun. Morrow hit a state police cruiser with his vehicle as he fled, deputies said.



Deputies said Morrow, with his daughter in tow, picked up a second child and fled to Tennessee. The children were returned to their guardian and were unharmed, but deputies continue to search for Morrow.



Authorities in Tennessee have been alerted and Morrow is expected to face additional charges in Ky. Kentucky State Police have charged Morrow with leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief and wanton endangerment of a police officer. The Johnson Sheriff's Department charged him with fleeing and evading police in a vehicle, endangering the welfare of a minor, wanton endangerment of a police officer and resisting arrest.
