Since the rise of chancellor Hussein O, burning the American flag and other forms of desecration have become as common as the National Anthem itself.
Special little snowflakes from the social justice persuasion have been feeling their oats, emboldened by a government that equily loathes the United States.
Let’s meet this little snowflake.
Bryton Mellott is a 22 year old, gay, Illinois man who is not please with his country and decided to show how much on its most sacred day, the 4th of July.
Mellott burned the American flag, took a photo and posted it to Facebook with this message:
“I am not proud to be an American. In this moment, being proud of my country is to ignore the atrocities committed against people of color, people living in poverty, people who identify as women, and against my own queer community on a daily basis”.
Guess Mellott should choose his friends more carefully, seems some may have reported him to the police. He was charged with Section 49- , flag desecration, a class four felony in Illinois. He’s also been charged with disorderly conduct, both as an offender and a victim. The reason for both classifications is because police fielded calls from people making threatening calls against Mellott while he himself committed an act that was causing others to be put at risk of harm.
Also written on his FB, when a young Brit attempted to assassinate Trump:
“Kill him. If Trump can promote violence and pass it off as 'opinions' then fine, I can too. Kill him dead because I'm done playing. That's just my opinion”.
