Czech cyclist posts video purportedly showing flooding in stairwell of Olympic Village

The Rio Olympics opening ceremony is Friday night, but much of the focus before the Olympic torch is lit continues to be on the conditions in the athletes’ village. Here’s a video shot by Zdenek Stybar, a cyclist for the Czech Republic, joking that there’s “a new shower in the house”:That footage comes after the Jamaican team arrived to incomplete rooms with workers still trying to finish before the start of the Games, along with some scathing tweets on the accommodations from Australian center Andrew Bogut.
