At this time officials are discussing the body cam footage from the incident which the police chief says shows the shooting was lawful and that Smith was armed. Of course, police are not in the habit of murder. You know that, we know that, most ‘thinking people’ know that, but when you have an agenda like #BlackLivesMatter facts have a pesky way of just getting in the way. The riots began before anyone even really knew Smith’s name, let alone if he actually was a dangerous criminal WHO WAS ARMED … because racism or something. Lawful. Legal. End of story.
