Rescue workers continued digging through rubble in Amatrice, Wednesday, after a 6.2 magnitude earthquake devastated the town. The death toll has risen since the morning as rescuers continue the search operation. At least 38 people have been confirmed dead so far while 150 are still unaccounted for. The earthquake struck at around 3:33 am local time (01:33 GMT) and was felt across the central Italy, including in the capital Rome some 126 kilometres (76 miles) away from the quake's epicenter, in the town of Norcia.
